I ran ncompact -c -i and it converted the databases to ODS43 and no more crashy :)

I must have ran compact with a variety of switches 3 or 4 times but it never converted to ODS43. Running this once fixed my problems, it just takes a while to run.

I am running in a Win2K SP3 environment.
